Sole User Agreement

1. Service Overview

Sole is a virtual hat try-on application that allows users to upload portrait images and virtually try on various hat styles, including baseball caps, berets, fedoras, and more. The app uses intelligent algorithms to adapt to different head shapes and facial features, providing a realistic virtual try-on experience.

By using the Sole app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must not use the app.

2. Account Rules

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating a Sole account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• You may not share your account with others or use the account of another user without permission.
• Sole reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

3. Usage Guidelines

• You may only use the Sole app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of the app requires prior written approval from Sole.
• You may not upload, share, or distribute any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise harmful through the app.
• You may not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Sole app's servers, networks, or systems.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the app.

4. Content Rights and Responsibilities

You retain all ownership rights to the portrait images you upload to the Sole app. However, you grant Sole a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your uploaded images solely for the purpose of providing the virtual try-on service.

Sole owns all intellectual property rights in the app, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app without Sole's prior written consent.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to the app and must ensure that you have the necessary rights to upload and use such content. Sole is not liable for any infringement of third-party rights caused by your uploaded content.

5. Payment Terms

• The Sole app may offer both free and paid features. Paid features may require a subscription fee or one-time payment.
• All payments for paid features are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by Sole or required by applicable law.
• Sole reserves the right to change the pricing of paid features at any time. Any price changes will take effect after the end of your current subscription period.
• You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your use of paid features.

6. Service Modification and Termination

Sole reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app's services at any time, with or without notice. Sole will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Sole may terminate your account and access to the app immediately, without prior notice, if you violate any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease, and you must stop using the app immediately.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Sole app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sole makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's performance, accuracy, reliability, or availability.

Sole does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the app at your own risk.

Sole is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or related to this User Agreement or your use of the Sole app shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and Sole.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction where Sole is registered, in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.

9. Agreement Updates

Sole reserves the right to update or modify this User Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Sole app, and the updated agreement will take effect immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of the app after the posting of the updated agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review the agreement periodically for updates.
